Unlimited PTO
We offer a flexible and open paid time off policy, meaning that there’s not a set number of days that any employee is allowed to take. Additionally, the office is closed for 12 holidays per year, as well as 4 “Rutter Refresh Days”.
401-K Match
We offer the option to participate in our 401-K match immediately upon hire. We currently match 100% of employee contributions up to 4% of your compensation.
Home Office Reimbursements
In your first six months, you can submit for up to $1,000 reimbursement for purchases to make your office more comfortable and productive.
Mental Health & Wellness Stipend
Each year all full-time employees can spend up to $1,000 on programs related to mental and physical health & wellness such as therapy, gym memberships, workout or meditation classes, and massages.
